Below are a list of scriptures to choose from if you are struggling in certain areas. Write them on your mirror and speak them out loud each time you look in the mirror.

Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Matthew 6:34

Fear and intimidation is a trap that holds you back, But when you place your confidence in the Lord, you will be seated in the high place. Proverbs 29:25
But He was wounded for transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness, the punishment for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
Fill your thoughts with my words until they penetrate deep into your spirit. Then as you unwrap my words they will impart true life and radiant health into the very core of your being. Proverbs 4:20

Defeated by Sin
But God still loved us with such great love. He is so rich in compassion and mercy. Even when we were dead and doomed in our many sins, he united us into the very life of Christ and saved us by his wonderful grace. Ephesians 2:4-5
He will wipe every tear from their eyes and eliminate death entirely. No one will mourn or weep any longer. The pain of wounds will no longer exist, for the old order has ceased. Revelation 21:4
Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for his mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
Your spiritual roots go deeply into his life as you are continually infused with strength encouraged in every way. For you are established in the faith you have absorbed and enriched by your devotion to him! Colossians 2:7
Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis. Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I am gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me. Matthew 11:28
Even in times of trouble we have joyful confidence knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance. And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope. And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy because we now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us. Romans 5:3-5
I pray with great faith for you, because I am fully convinced that the One who began this glorious work in you will faithfully continue the process of maturing you and will put his finishing touches to it until the unveiling of our Lord Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6
