Once that is decided,
COOL TONE look at the veins in your arm under natural light. Are they bluish/purple? If so, you more than likely have pink cool undertones.
WARM TONE look at the veins in your arm under natural light. Are they greenish/blue? If so, you more than likely have warm yellow undertones.
NEUTRAL TONE look at the veins in your arm under natural light. If they appear blue/green or match your skin color you more than likely have neutral tones. Your skin has both pink and yellow undertones in it, not too pink and not too yellow.
