Use no less than a dime size amount and no more than a quarter-size amount of product when placing the product in your hand to use.

Gently massage a moderate amount of lotion over freshly washed skin. To reduce friction and help prevent redness that can occur during application, warm a dime-size amount of fluid between your fingertips and lightly pat and press into the skin.
